Purchases made from May 1st, 2024 12:01am EST to June 31st, 2024 11:59 PM EST will be eligible for return until July 31st. This policy also applies to the date of delivery for GalinaPoint.com orders. For purchases made outside of this period, they are eligible for 30-day return policy only.  Orders placed during the holiday period but delivered after the end date of the policy will follow the regular return policy of 30 days past delivery date. No individual item of a set can be returned as a complete set.

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

1. Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
2. Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
3. No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

1. Engraved and monogrammed products
2. Gift cards
3. Jewelry Care Kit

We offer online store credit for gifted orders returning within the 30-days. Please check our return policy to make sure the item is eligible for a return and send us an email at info@GalinaPoint.com requesting your return label. Don’t forget to include the following:

1. The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)
2. The address where the jewelry will be shipped from
3. The email address associated with your Galina Point purchase so we can apply the credit once processed. 

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of Germany, Australia, Canada, UK, and US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES:

• Australia, Canada, UK, Germany and US: $5
• Europe: $20
• Other International Countries: $30

We are not able to offer exchanges online at this time.

Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Galina Point cannot reship or store non-Galina Point items mistakenly sent as returns.
