At Galina Point, we provide a seamless payment experience with various options to suit your preferences. Your payment method is charged when the order is placed, ensuring it's promptly queued for fulfillment and shipment.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit and Debit Visa Card

  • We welcome Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • Please note, depending on your card restrictions, the transaction may be declined, but don't worry, we're here to assist.
Note: Galina Point reserves the right to validate card validity and may decline transactions based on these checks.

Paypal

  • Opt for PayPal during checkout, log in, and complete your order. You'll then be redirected to the Galina Point site.

Klarna

  • US: Pay in 4 interest-free installments or settle within 30 days for orders between $35 - $4000.
  • Canada: Enjoy 4 interest-free installments for orders between $35 - $4000.
  • UK: Choose 3 interest-free installments or pay in full within 30 days for orders between £35 - £1000.
  • AUS: Opt for 4 interest-free installments or pay the full amount within 30 days for orders between $10 - $2000.
Important: For installment payments, the 1st payment is processed upon order placement.

Galina Point Digital and Physical Cards

  • Use Galina Point gift cards to pay all or part of your order. Enter the code during checkout.
  • Physical cards: Enter the code shown on the back during checkout.
  • Digital cards: Enter the code at checkout.
Please note: Only one gift card per transaction. Gift cards are redeemable in their issued currency.

How are refunds processed?

From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end. Should you have cancelled your credit card or reissued a new one, the amount will be transferred by the bank.

2. Debit Visa Card

Online purchases made with Debit Visa Card will be processed as a credit card, and will take around 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end. In-store purchase returns originally paid with Debit Visa Card must be processed in-store with the card present. The refund will be processed same.

3. Paypal

Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account!

4. Klarna

For refunds processed for Klarna purchase, it can take about 14 business days for the funds to appear on your end. Klarna will update the total balance and any remaining payments are automatically adjusted. Any payments already made will be refunded back to the original payment method. For further questions on your payments, you can reach Klarna’s Customer Service team directly!

Foreign Transaction Fees

Galina Point does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Galina Point. As we're based out of Canada, banks in other countries may consider us a 'foreign company' and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

Duties and Taxes

Will I be charged duties, taxes and any other fees?

1. United States and Canada Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

2. Australia, United Kingdom, and Germany Import taxes and duties are included in the product price and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

3. Other international shipments: There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Galina Point does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

2. No Tag Teaming with Free Shipping:

Discount codes won't tango with free shipping codes, referral credits, or any other discount. Our discounts play solo, and it’s a showstopper.

3. Galina Point Gift Cards, the Untouched Royalty:
